Highland Brew Co
Having ventured over to the hub of craft brewing, California, with the Highland Brew Co in early 2012 it was time to put all we learned into a plan of action!
As craft brewing is having a somewhat unexpected resurgence it was decided now was the time to ast and ensure that these Orkney crafted beers were reaching their full audience.
Having already got a fairly decent fan base, it was important that we didn't alienate anyone with drastic changes!
We've started with two new designs, for two new ales. Which taste bloody terrific by the way. There's a lot more to come, as we are only just starting....
